How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.

Simply click on the link provided in the email to view the status of your delivery in real time.


Didn’t Receive Your Tracking Email?

If you haven’t received your tracking information, please:

  • Check your spam or junk folder

  • Make sure the email address used at checkout is correct

  • Allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking details to update


Order Still Processing?

Please note that all Nour Blossom bags are handmade.

If your order is still within the processing time:

  • Standard orders: 2 to 5 business days

  • Custom orders: processing time may vary

Your tracking link will be sent once your order has been dispatched.


International Orders

For international shipments, tracking updates may take additional time to appear, especially during customs clearance.
This is normal and does not indicate an issue with your order.
