Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Cash on Delivery is available for orders shipped within Morocco only. 
  • Please note that COD orders must be confirmed before shipment.
  • This option is not available for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The bag must be returned in its original packaging

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
